The exhibition is on permanent display in the Island Town Hall. The exhibition frames were build by the local boat builder on Taquile, and photos printed in Puno on the main land. They are laminated to protect them in the rainy season. The inaguaration was a day of curiosity and celebration for the Taquileños and ourselves.
In later NGO surveys, the majority of tourists mentioned the exhibition as a highlight of their visit to the island.
